CUI Inc extends the power-product line with a small and efficient family.
CUI Inc’s power line, V-Infinity, announced the release of the VOF-80, a low cost open frame ac-dc power supply. The VOF-80 has a low no-load power consumption of <0.5 W. Its combination of efficiency and competitive pricing makes the series ideally suited for use in ITE, industrial, and consumer electronics applications.
The VOF-80 provides 80 W of continuous output power, universal input (85-264 Vac), and is offered in 3.3, 5, 12, 15, 24, and 48 Vdc output voltages. The series has a 2 x 4” industry standard footprint with efficiencies of up to 89%. Protections for over voltage and short-circuit conditions are included. The units operate up to +60°C with derating.
